JANA FITNESS

FAQs

 Frequently Asked Questions

What equipment do you use?

A variety of resistance bands, dumbbells, kettlebells, battle rope, TRX, weight vest, sandbags, ab wheel, VIPR, wrist bands, ankle weights, step box, and much more!

Do I need to be fit to start training?

Nope! Using a Personal Trainer is a highly effective way to get fit in the first place. Each person is unique and has their own personal challenges to conquer, whether it’s to lose weight for a wedding, getting that bikini and summer-ready body, getting that confidence, or just to get fit in general.

How many sessions do I need?

It's really up to you! You can have one session weekly or two sessions weekly or three sessions a week. Whatever you decide I will give you the motivation to really get into it and see results. You’ll get an email after each session of what you need to do before the next session.

Am I too old to train?

Definitely not! You are never too old to get moving and anyone can begin working out consistently at any age.

My partner of friends are fitter than me, how can we exercise together?

Not to worry, as I would modify the exercises to each individual's fitness level.

What should I wear?

You can wear whatever you like! As long as you are comfortable and are able to stretch easily, you can wear whatever you feel comfortable in.

Will it hurt?

Perhaps! If you are returning to exercise after an extended break or have never exercised before, you might feel muscle soreness. But stretching and nice warm baths can alleviate this discomfort. It is natural for muscles to feel a little tender when you push yourself harder than you are used to.

What areas do you cover?

Watford, Rickmansworth, Croxley Green, Chorleywood, Moor Park, Northwood, Pinner, Bushey, Stanmore, North London, and areas close by. Feel free to contact me if you live in an area, which is not listed here

What is your cancellation policy?

If you wish to cancel or reschedule a session, I ask for at least 24 hours' notice. A session can be canceled or rescheduled, however, cancellations/rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice will incur the full session fee. This is a standard fitness industry cancellation policy.
